Peter Luger Steak House has served USDA Prime steaks in Williamsburg, Brooklyn since 1887 and has been run by the same family for generations. Its dry-aged porterhouse, ordered for two, three or four and served sliced on a sizzling platter, is one of the most famous steakhouse dishes in America. The old-school dining room and bar keep a traditional feel, and reservations are strongly recommended.
